Engineered for new adventures

Inspired by the field watches of the past, but engineered for the needs of today’s adventurers, the C65 Dune GMT is a watch for those who demand more.

The Dune series has always been about the fusion of practicality with sophisticated retro styling. Now the C65 Dune GMT takes that one step further and adds GMT functionality to the mix. But instead of the traditional outer bezel, it has a raised interior bezel printed with 24-hour numerals. By lining it up with the fourth ‘GMT’ hand, you can align your watch to your chosen international location.

The ultra-legible White Sand dial is accentuated by the applied twin-flags logo at 12 o’clock and a date window at 6. Both the hour markers and handset are deep-filled with Super-LumiNova® Light Old Radium BL Grade X1 – delivering readability after dark.

The glass box sapphire crystal adds a vintage look that recalls the watches of the 1960s and ’70s. Meanwhile, the 38mm Light-catcher™ case has an exhibition back which lets you see the movement inside, including the elaboré-finished rotor – embellished with the twin-flags pattern. The retro feel continues with the chamfered fixed bezel.

Flexibility plays a big part, too. The C65 Dune GMT is made for strap-swapping: a webbing band adds a casual look, leather gives a subtle aged appearance, while a steel bracelet turns it into a retro business watch. And thanks to our quick-release system, you can switch between them in seconds.

The watch is powered by Sellita’s SW330-2 – a GMT movement with a power reserve of 56 hours: so even if you take it off for two days (unlikely, we know), your Dune will keep time until it’s ready to be worn again.

Sellita SW330-2 GMT

The new Sellita SW330-2 is an alternative to the ETA 2893, and a movement that provides both superb accuracy and GMT timing.

Just 4.1mm thick, the SW330-2 has 25 jewels and beats at a rate of 28,800 per hour with a power reserve of up to 56 hours. The central GMT hand can be set independently from the hour and seconds hands.
