I had been looking for several months to buy Lisa a really nice watch for Christmas. I did not want to get her something cheap, but yet I wanted to get her something of high quality, looks great, and yet affordable.
I searched around the Internet checking out a lot of sites that have watches with Swiss movement: I found sites in Switzerland, Germany, and Russia, but some of the good quality ladies' watches were over a thousand dollars. I almost gave up until I did a Google search on watches made in England and I found this site: The watch is 80.00GBP and that converts to $155.66, that is an excellent price for a well made watch. I ordered an automatic watch for myself at 150.00GBP (291.88USD) which also an excellent price for a fully automatic mechanical man's watch. I have seen others similar hitting over $1,000+.

So I went to their premises to see them. Which in one sense was a mistake, because I ended up being unable to choose and therefore buying two - an Aviator and a chronograph. But it was not really a mistake, because they are excellent value and most attractive. Your watches look nice on the web page, but you can't truly appreciate the fine craftsmanship until you have one on your wrist.

Is the dial on the C3 SBK blue? If so, does it come with a metal band? I recently bought a Tissot V8 with a blue dial that looks really great, but it is one of the most uncomfortable watches I own. I would like to replace it with another blue dial watch. I had been considering an Omega Seamaster, but I am so pleased with your timepieces that I can't imagine spending 10 times as much for that watch. (and my wife does not like them at all).

Just to make you chuckle. My daughters and I ordered one for James, my husband, in November and then led him to believe we had not followed his hints. He made a comment to a friend saying they had all sold out until March and looked extremely disappointed when I said I hadn’t ordered it, as I had been too busy and had forgotten, so it was a complete surprise when Santa found one last parcel under the tree, triple boxed and wrapped to leave not clue as to its content.

| I recently, yesterday in fact, purchased one of your Malvern Automatic watches. Feeling quite pleased with myself, I took it along to an old friend of mine, who had been a watchmaker for the first 15 years of his career, and asked him to have a look at it.
He was in his element: naming all the parts, showing all the trouble you'd gone to with the blue-dyed screws, the shock absorber, screw in crown - he went on for the best part of an hour - before saying it'd be an absolute bargain at £1000 and probably cost more like £1800.
Anyway, just thought I'd pass on the praise as I've never been more content with a purchase. It certainly seems you really do sell the cheapest most expensive watches in the world, keep up the good work.

| Soaking up time at Kingsford-Smith airport in Sydney before heading back to the UK. Just thought you might like to know that your watch (0409) has just survived five weeks in the jungles of Sarawak.
It has been rained on (countless times), dunked in a river, bounced up and down repeatedly as I tried to get a piston corer in the ground (for pollen analysis), in short survived all that archaeology in the rainforest could throw at it. It not only survived, without any misting under the glass, but was the envy of all.
A lawyer in Sydney wanted me to part with it for cash on the spot. Anyway, just thought you might like to know. Cheers
PS. I have never sent fan mail for a watch before, but it looks right at home in the forests of Borneo as it does everywhere else.

| I have to say I was a little dubious about buying a watch over the internet. Often I've found that photos on the net don't accurately reflect the quality of the actual article. Often on receipt of goods there's a sense of mere satisfaction or even disappointment. But even opening the branded box and leather case I could see how much attention to detail someone has paid. And the watch itself is fantastic.
There's not one part of it that looks cheap or badly produced. Instead the same attention to detail had been paid to every aspect of the watch and it really does look stunning. And with all the paperwork being individually stamped and signed etc a sense of personal, one-to-one service has been conveyed which no other internet retailer I have dealt with has ever achieved.
The quality alone means I'll be returning to buy myself a watch in the near future, as this purchase is a gift for someone else. Thanks for a prompt, professional and delightful service.

| My wife is delighted with her new watch. I also managed to catch a glimpse of my new Malvern Aviator before she whisked it away to be gift-wrapped… Sheer frustration!
I have to say that, despite the excellent close-up photographs of the Malvern Aviator on your web-site, the watch itself is even more beautiful when physically viewed. The subtle three-dimensional effect of the raised numbers makes them appear to mysteriously hover above of the face surface and is quite extraordinarily elegant. This watch exudes a quality that is made even more remarkable due to its excellent price! It will definitely replace my ageing Omega Seamaster as my favourite watch.

| What can I say but WOW. My husband’s new watch is beautiful. I must admit to feeling some trepidation about ordering this watch as I had not heard of CW watches before. | Just a quick e-mail to let you know that I received my new C4SST watch yesterday (serial no. 0421) and so far I'm really pleased with it; from packaging to timepiece it oozes class.
In fact, when my wife opened the presentation box she commented that it looked very expensive and compared it to a TAG. I told her that this was better than the TAG at a fraction of the cost.

| Yesterday I ordered a CW C4 Peregrine Watch from yourselves. Today I received the watch. I thought I would write to you for two reasons.
The first reason is that good service is not often commented on. People often only contact to complain.
The second reason I am writing is that the watch appears to be exactly as described.
The presentation is excellent and the watch itself is superb value for money. I have watches far more expensive that are not any better at least to feel or look at. I have to say I am surprised you can put these out at the price you charge.

| I received my Peregrine Chronograph this week, and I have to say that I am delighted with it - it's such a beautifully designed timepiece, and wonderfully packaged and presented!
My cheap but much loved Pulsar which I have had for over 20 years finally gave up the ghost recently, and I spent quite some time looking around for a replacement - I was looking for something original and of quality, but not at huge cost, which meant browsing lots of Swiss watch shops and websites, liking them very much but baulking at the prospect of paying thousands of pounds.
I found your website after searching the internet for English watches, and I then spent about two hours trying to decide which one I wanted - it was a hard decision! They're all quite stunning.
So this is just to say thank you for giving me the opportunity to own a fantastic watch at such a reasonable price. I will be recommending you to anyone willing to listen!

| I do not usually sent out messages of this sort, as good old fashioned service is very hard to find in this day and age.
However I would just like to say a few words to you since receiving my new watch last Friday.
Firstly receiving a telephone call to confirm delivery address as I had messed up my on line order was most welcome. Most companies would just have sent it to the billing address.
However to the watch it’s self. It is all very well looking at the web site, checking forums etc. but it is only when it is actually held in your own hands that the reality can be seen.
I am totally amazed at the quality, style appearance of the watch for the price! Over the years I have bought and sold a number of ‘class’ watches, and although they all have their own particular strengths cannot recall any that have the all round quality and practicality as well as class looks as the C3 Malvern for the price!
What more can I say other than keep up the good work.

| Just writing to let you know my husband received his watch this afternoon and is absolutely delighted with it. He only had time to have a quick look at it before he had to go to work but was very impressed with what he saw, and can’t wait to have a proper look at it. He has a couple of expensive watches (a Longines and Maurice Lacroix) but thinks the quality of yours equals or even surpasses them, even though they were four time the price.
In fact the Maurice Lacroix went wrong a couple of weeks past the two year warranty and the company just didn't want to know, it cost quite a lot of money to have it repaired by a local watchmaker so to find a five year warranty on your watches is exceptional.
The packaging and finish of the box is every bit as good as his other ones, I don't know how you do it for the price you charge.
We were very impressed with your customer service and will be passing your name on to friends and family, also we found the picture quality and information about the watches on your web site was the best we had ever seen, the ordering was easy (especially for a couple of novice computer users.

| I received the watch this morning. It is beautiful and makes my broken Citizen automatic look like junk. It is slightly more cylindrical than I expected, but is actually thinner than my old watch. The general impression is that it oozes quality, so I am sure I did the right thing.
I thought about spending more on a second hand Omega, but your spec appeared to be better than some of the Omegas. I expect they have spent all their money on sponsoring the London Olympics.
With regard to your call service and delivery etc, I think that you have done the right thing in putting your resources into the internet marketing and the quality of the product, especially when you are prepared to take over the customer service yourself when there is any misunderstanding or where an issue gets escalated to you. It was a big help to have your direct line. I will be interested to see how your business develops.

| I recently bought one of your Malvern Chronographs which I picked up from a frequent flyer Mag on the way to China.
Feed back is important and while I have only owned the watch for three months it has proved to be the most accurate chronometer I have owned. I am comparing this with my Omega Seamaster and a Rolex.
Since setting it has been operating within one and two seconds accuracy and the stopwatch functions have been very useful.

I own a Zenith El Primero and wanted a good watch for work, it compares quite / well almost as good as, I think it the watch is fantastic value. I am very pleased with it so far, hopefully for many years. Also the presentation boxes etc all come over very well.

| I'd just like to say thank you for a wonderful watch. And I’d also like to thank you for such good service, I ordered my watch on 24th January and it was on my wrist on the 26th. You may like to know that I’ve been wearing a Tag Heuer for the past 2 years but when I saw the "Corax" I just had to have one and I can honestly say, looks wise, it is in my opinion better looking than the Tag.
Even my 18 year old daughter says it looks nicer and more stylish (and she's not easily impressed).
