DELIVERIES

What happens if there is a free delivery and returns offer in operation.

If you order a watch during such a promotion from anywhere in the world, your order will be subject to free postage and packing...not only on the way out to you...but also on the way back too, should you decide not to keep the watch. As soon as we receive any returns back, we will recredit your credit card with the correct amount. All you need do is notify us by email or phone that you are returning the goods by signed for delivery through your local postal service and we will do the rest.

When should I expect to receive my order?

If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday then your order will usually be packed the next day. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 5pm on weekdays and a signature is always required.

Can orders be place from abroad?

Orders can be placed from abroad, however overseas, BFPO and non-mainland UK postage is calculated at a different rate and is calculated before final checkout. Prices for deliveries outside of the EC are reduced by 17.5% (the current UK VAT rate) and delivery times will vary. As a rule of thumb it usually takes 7-8 days to reach destinations outside of the EC and a signature is always required. You can check with our customer services team on 08708 500 918 to confirm the postage rates and / or ensure that your order will arrive in time for those special occasions.

Is there any option if I want my order next day?

At this time we cannot promise a next day delivery service, however if you speak to our Customer Services Team on 08708 500 918 we will do our best to arrange quick deliveries for those special occasions. For a next day delivery an order would need to be confirmed over the phone by at least lunchtime the day before.

Can I have my goods delivered elsewhere?

Our watches can be delivered to an alternative address to your billing address, for example as a gift for someone else or to allow you to take delivery at your work address. Please note that we use DHL and the Royal Mail who generally only deliver between 9am to 5pm on weekdays. We ask for your telephone number so that if there is a delivery query the courier can contact you directly and as a measure against fraud.

What else do I need to know about deliveries?

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

For all our deliveries a signature will be required both in the UK and abroad.

An additional 2 working days should be allowed for deliveries into Islands and Scottish Highlands. This means all addresses within the postcode areas beginning with PH19-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28, HS and all addresses within the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly.
















WATCH RETURNS

Can I return the goods?

If you are not happy with your watch please return it to us within 60 days. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing that the watch is returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged.

Please call our Customer Services Team on 08708 500 918 to arrange an exchange or refund for your watch.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind it is advised that you use a registered returns service but we regret we cannot refund this charge.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage of the watch.

Once we have received the returned watch we will then process your exchange or refund you in accordance with your request. A replacement order or repair is sent without any delivery charge.

















GENERAL QUESTIONS

Do I have to Pay Tax for orders outside the European Community (EC)?

No you don't, the current VAT rate is 17.5% in the UK, so for orders that are shipped outside of the EC we can discount the price by 17.5%. Some companies still charge VAT and expect you to claim it back from the UK Government. We don't.
