If you are not happy with your watch please return it to us within 60 days. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing that the watch is returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged.

Please call our Customer Services Team on +44 (0)8708 500 918 to arrange an exchange or refund for your watch. We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we can’t accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind it is advised that you use a registered returns service.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage of the watch. Once we have received the returned watch we will then notify you of receipt by either phone or email. A replacement order or repair is sent without any delivery charge.
